About the role
- Agile Coaching and Facilitation: Guide, coach, and motivate teams to increase Agile fluency and adoption; organize and lead Scrum ceremonies; facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution;
- Project and Scope Management: Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables to support business objectives; ensure progress tracking and communication through Agile metrics; conduct quarterly planning (sprint zero) in coordination with other squads across the tribe identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate activities with other squads across the program; partner with and support Product Owners and Tribe Leads; participate in Scrum of Scrums and collaborate with other Scrum Masters; contribute to the Scrum Master chapter, and various CoPs including Coaching CoP to set standards and improve best practices; promote Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience in coaching and development of squads and other Scrum Masters
- Experience working with fully distributed scrum teams
- 3-5 years of working experience in various Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
- Strong communications, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Agile and continuous improvement mindset with dedication to uncovering better ways of working
- Passion for continuous learning and personal development.
