About the role
- Take analytical responsibility for assigning and monitoring credit ratings for public entities
- Monitor news and financial result releases for credit rating implications
- Present and discuss rating recommendations effectively
- Write and publish comprehensive rating reports
- Represent Fitch to external stakeholders, such as issuers, bankers, and investors
- Ensure all work is compliant with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Be available to travel within the APAC region
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a financial or credit analytical role
- Fluent in English and Korean, both verbal and written
- Degree educated, ideally within Finance, Accounting, Economics or Public Finance
- Advanced understanding of financial and credit concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Proficiency with Excel and financial modelling
- Comprehensive understanding of complex capital structures and financial documentation
- Excellent writing and communication skills
