About the role
- Take ownership of a suite of region-specific reports, datasets and 10-year forecasts.
- Identify and analyse key trends and articulate the risks and opportunities facing investors/ market stakeholders across the sector value chain.
- Examining macroeconomic and financial data, company strategies and key business environment developments.
- Produce insightful and actionable research and contribute to ad hoc reports and special projects as you become a subject matter expert.
- Interact with and support our global sales team and with clients to communicate our industry views and drive engagement with our data.
- Support team leaders in the development of new research initiatives evolving with the industry.
Requirements
- Degree with a focus on Economics, Econometrics, Logistics, Finance, International Relations, Statistics, Data Sciences or a related field – (post-graduate/ advanced degree/qualification would be an advantage).
- Demonstrable ability to solve problems using critical, rational and creative thinking.
- Strong writing and numeracy skills are essential; Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills key.
- Python/R/VBA skills desirable.
