About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be the first point of contact for our new prospective customers.
  • Coach, motivate and encourage our new franchise license partners on their path to opening their first FITOMAT studio.
  • Support franchise license partners, together with our professional tools and business partners, in all matters from letter of intent through to the opening of their FITOMAT studio: site analysis, lease negotiation, business plan development, financing, studio renovation, marketing mix, promotion, staff recruiting and signing the franchise license agreement.
  • Use modern digital work tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Targomo, HubSpot CRM and more.
  • Coordinate closely on a daily basis with our Sales, Marketing and Franchise Consulting teams.
  • Monitor your performance through controlling and benchmarking of KPIs agreed with your manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, expansion, leadership, promotion, real estate, business planning and coaching.
  • Strong affinity for entrepreneurship, sports and service businesses.
  • Excellent ability to build interpersonal relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Italian at professional or native level, and English and German at least at C1 level.
  • High affinity for digital work tools.
  • Flexible, dedicated and highly motivated personality with a strong desire to build a fast-paced career in the sports business.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong motivational skills and assertiveness.
  • A passion for sports.
