About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and execute Human Resources processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to meet hiring goals and maintain an exceptional candidate experience
  • Partner with department leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace issues
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend process improvements and support business decisions
  • Develop, maintain, and improve HR documentation, SOPs, and employee resources that improve consistency and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining accurate HR records
  • Independently administer employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and organizational changes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for routine employee relations matters and escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Audit HRIS data, personnel files, and compliance documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate annual HR initiatives, including performance reviews, benefits communication, policy acknowledgements, and engagement surveys
  • Support leave administration, accommodations, workplace investigations, and compliance documentation
  • Monitor and manage the HR inbox, ensuring timely responses to employee inquiries
  • Partner with hiring managers to recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates
  • Process employee status changes accurately within the HRIS
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives
  • Support Executive Leadership with strategic HR initiatives and special projects
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and the employee experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration
  • Experience working in a multi-state environment preferred
  • Experience using HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
