About the role
- Create accurate invoices for all revenue streams on a timely basis
- Manage the data connection between the ERP system and QuickBooks Online
- Follow the established collections process and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain aging to stay under predetermined amount
- Answer questions for clients regarding billing
- Conduct monthly recurring services invoicing
- Assist Manager with month end close tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in accounts receivable
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication in this role
- Advanced technology skills required
- Ability to maintain an elevated level of confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven self-motivator
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a demanding environment with changing priorities
