About the role
- Design, build, and maintain automation and integration solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with account managers and customers to clarify automation requirements.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and demos for automation ideas.
- Monitor and support existing automations, troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or automation engineering.
- Hands-on experience with integration/automation platforms: n8n, MuleSoft, Zapier.
- Practical experience integrating with Salesforce via APIs.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and JSON/XML.
- Familiarity with source control (Git), CI/CD concepts.
- Ability to gather and interpret business requirements into technical solutions.
