About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review registrations and documents of new clients for validation
Assist with the department's operational tasks, such as completing forms and performing queries in the AGV system
Monitor and review the alert center
Complete spreadsheets with information related to ownership transfers and other important data
Perform bulk reviews of registrations for large clients
Contact distribution companies via the 0800 hotline to verify outstanding balances, cancel donations, and follow up on ownership transfer progress.

Requirements
