About the role

  • Map process flowcharts of medium-complexity processes, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities while working collaboratively with the involved areas;
  • Develop and monitor process implementation plans;
  • Define, implement, and monitor performance indicators to ensure the effectiveness of implemented changes;
  • Perform data-driven performance and productivity analyses, proposing evidence-based solutions;
  • Develop manuals and procedural documentation to ensure standardization and quality;
  • Produce reports and status updates detailing progress and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of BPMN, process modeling tools, PDCA, cause-and-effect analysis, Excel, Kaizen, Lean, agile methodologies, and Design Thinking.
