Project Manager

• Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and development efforts with both internal engineering and customer teams to keep high-stakes implementation projects on track.
• Assess business and implementation risks, assist with technical problem-solving, and manage internal resources to resolve complex customer issues.
• Proactively identify significant risks, unknowns, and hindrances to implementation plans, utilizing scenario planning to negotiate solution paths with bank stakeholders.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding, leading post-contract overview sessions, communication workflow mapping, and shaping early-stage customer relationships.
• Create and present engaging decks and training workshops tailored specifically to various bank personas.
• Track progress against milestones and budgetary guidelines, preparing executive-level status reports and summaries for internal and external leadership.
• Lead monthly revenue recognition processes with Finance, monitoring project tasks and hours to ensure billing is triggered immediately upon milestone completion.
• Gather and verify customer solution requirements while developing repeatable and scalable processes to continuously improve project quality and delivery.
• Mentor team members on negotiation and communication, while continuously sharing direct customer feedback with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.
