About the role
- Identify product opportunities based on research and data analysis
- Lead and execute product research initiatives to gather deep market insights and understand customer needs
- Develop and maintain a robust product discovery and validation framework, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product strategy
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure product vision and goals alignment
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on insights, usage metrics, and market demands
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, influencing product direction and decision-making
- Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend adjustments based on market feedback and evolving trends
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience, ideally in product management, with a focus on research and insights
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- A drive to deliver exceptional results
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to quickly navigate and understand technical concepts
- Outstanding organisation and prioritisation capabilities
- Adaptability and self-motivation to succeed in a highly regulated environment
- A passion for helping improve the outcomes of patients.
- Experience in a global role and marketing or market research would be advantageous but unnecessary.
