About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications, prototypes, and production-ready features
Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using TypeScript and React
Design and implement scalable back-end services and APIs using Go and modern cloud technologies
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; conduct code reviews and mentor peers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues from QA, partners, or clients by participating in an on-call rotation and managing technical problems through root cause analysis and solution implementation
Contribute actively to agile ceremonies and workflows to drive continuous improvement
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, including mentoring on financial services software best practices
Integrate AI-powered capabilities into web applications, leveraging tools and services to enhance user experience, automation, and decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
6-10 years of experience in a Technology, Fintech, or SaaS organization
2+ years of development experience in Go, TypeScript, React, or equivalent languages
Experience with relational databases, RESTful services, Docker, and Git
Experience leading development initiatives and delivering high-quality results
Openness to feedback from code reviews and design direction from peers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization
