About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate qualified leads and drive profitable revenue growth across assigned territories and accounts.
  • Develop account plans and sales strategies to identify, qualify, and secure new client opportunities.
  • Advance opportunities through the sales process and close business within established sales cycle expectations.
  • Build relationships with executive-level client stakeholders to expand account coverage and increase demand for solutions.
  • Present deposit, cash management, and liquidity solutions aligned to client business priorities and funding needs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, opportunity updates, and sales forecasts within the eCRM system.
  • Share market insights, solution knowledge, and sales practices with internal sales partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in direct business-to-business sales within financial services, payments, treasury, cash management, deposit, or liquidity solutions.
  • 8+ years of experience selling to merchants, corporate finance organizations, Fortune 1000 companies, and middle market clients.
  • 8+ years of experience developing account plans, qualifying opportunities, and managing complex sales cycles through close.
  • Experience using eCRM systems to maintain pipeline activity, track opportunities, and support forecast accuracy.
  • Ability to present business solutions to executive-level stakeholders using measurable client business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
