About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide advanced operational support for cybersecurity platforms and services
- Investigate and resolve escalated platform and service issues
- Act as an Incident Manager during major incidents with cybersecurity platforms
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks and SOPs
- Validate monitoring, alerting, and service ownership for newly onboarded services
- Support cloud and hybrid platform operations across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in platform engineering or cybersecurity technology operations
- 3+ years of experience supporting Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments
- 3+ years of experience supporting cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments
- 3+ years of experience using scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform)
- 3+ years of experience with ticketing and workflow management (Jira and Confluence)
- 3+ years of experience with ITIL and service management practices
