About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide advanced operational support for cybersecurity platforms and services
  • Investigate and resolve escalated platform and service issues
  • Act as an Incident Manager during major incidents with cybersecurity platforms
  • Develop and maintain operational runbooks and SOPs
  • Validate monitoring, alerting, and service ownership for newly onboarded services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in platform engineering or cybersecurity technology operations
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments
  • 3+ years of experience supporting cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments
  • 3+ years of experience using scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform)
  • 3+ years of experience with ticketing and workflow management (Jira and Confluence)
  • 3+ years of experience with ITIL and service management practices
