About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications that support business goals and the ongoing evolution of MPI and Concert gateway solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for card transaction processing capabilities.
  • Perform coding, testing, and debugging to ensure applications deliver strong performance, reliability, and efficient credit and debit transaction processing.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases while leading peer review processes to strengthen software quality and consistency.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to build team capability and support successful solution delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL databases, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 8+ years of equivalent education, related experience, or military experience.
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
