About the role
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Own project planning, execution, and delivery, including schedule, scope, risk, and issue management
- Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, providing clear communication and proactive risk mitigation
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking with precision
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across departments and leadership levels
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members to elevate delivery standards
- Champion continuous improvement and process optimization across the project lifecycle
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience
- 6+ years of experience using Microsoft Project
- 6+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
- 1+ years of experience in using Jira
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or an equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience
