About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement in data handling and reporting.
- Ensure that requirements are clearly defined and ready for the development team to initiate the project.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and features based on business value and impact.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project requirements, processes, and changes for transparency and alignment.
- Engage with technical teams to ensure effective delivery, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop clear acceptance criteria to ensure that deliverables meet the specified requirements.
- Monitor and manage the quality of delivered data solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data engineering or data analytics projects.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies, particularly Snowflake, is a plus.
- Proficient in documentation and requirements management tools.
