Creating memorable events as part of a team
Collaborating with stakeholders across content strategy, events, product marketing and communications
Managing content and related deliverables for hosted events
Managing multiple priorities and overseeing detailed workflows
Building productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners
Overseeing all elements of event content planning, onsite execution, and follow-up

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, communications, or related discipline
5 years of experience managing event content, logistics, meeting space and audio-visual planning and onsite execution for multiple high-touch, complex programs with varying numbers of attendees for in-person and virtual events
Experience working with event technology platforms such as Cvent, RainFocus, etc.
Experience working with virtual event platforms such as Microsoft Teams, 6Connex, etc.
Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
