About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the development of high-volume, mission-critical point-of-sale software
Design, build, and ship features across three POS applications
Work within a multi-module Gradle architecture
Build robust order, payment, and fulfillment flows
Integrate with device and hardware ecosystem
Write new code in Kotlin
Contribute to UI using modern frameworks
Write meaningful unit tests and instrumented/UI tests
Mentor mid-level engineers and uphold code standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional Android development
Significant Kotlin experience
Strong command of multi-module Gradle projects
Deep understanding of Android fundamentals
Experience with networking (OkHttp, Retrofit)
Local persistence experience (Room / SQLite)
Solid testing discipline across unit and instrumented tests
Comfort working in a Git-flow branch/release model and CI/CD pipelines
