Key responsibilities & impact

Lead solution design and end-to-end delivery for applications built on InterSystems Cache and InterSystems IRIS
Design, develop, test, debug, and document ObjectScript-based services, APIs, batch processes, and data workflows
Optimize data-centric applications by modeling and tuning IRIS/Cache data structures, SQL access, persistent classes, queries, and application logic
Lead modernization and integration efforts, including legacy component upgrades and migrations
Support operational excellence by troubleshooting incidents, performing root-cause analysis, implementing improvements, and mentoring engineers

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with InterSystems Cache and/or InterSystems IRIS
3+ years of experience building and supporting high-performance, data-centric applications
2+ years of Agile delivery experience using Scrum or Kanban
3+ years of experience with IRIS/Cache administration (nice to have)
2+ years of experience with interoperability and engineering enablement (nice to have)
1+ year of experience in regulated environments such as financial services (nice to have)
