Key responsibilities & impact

Support the SMB market and product strategy functions in Merchant Services
Develop / establish influence through partnership with internal teams
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to small business payments
Identify market opportunities, competitors, and gaps in the market that Fiserv can address
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, MBA Preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of strategy or financial analyst positions related experience in an investment banking or management consulting firm
Strategy experience with an emphasis on business development and partner management
Ability to travel up to 10-20%, primarily internal travel
Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills, including strategy and financial presentation development
Understanding and knowledge of business financial practices and accounting
Experience in data-driven management, metrics, and reporting
Proven ability to understand complex business concepts
Strong analytical skills and ability to build consensus
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to interact at all levels of the clients from C-level to technical and operation levels
Solid thought leadership and the ability to influence others through collaborative efforts
Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success to effectively complete tactical activities
A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
