About the role
- Design, develop, facilitate, and maintain Finxact product training programs for employees, partners, and clients
- Manage all aspects of self-service and facilitated training programs using Finxact subject matter expertise
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including conceptual overviews, step-by-step procedures, technical references, and tutorial materials
- Partner with Instructional Design to assist in the design and development of digital content, facilitation, and assessments
- Evaluate program feedback and analyze results via performance consulting with Leadership and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with dedicated teams and apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to interpret requirements and develop training solutions for complex banking functionality
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure information is conveyed efficiently
- Drive the adoption of Finxact with a focus on lending solutions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the financial services or banking industry, including direct work with core banking platforms or financial technology solutions
- 6+ years of experience in lending products or operations, with a strong understanding of lending industry tools, servicing, and regulations
- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Business Analysis or similar business function roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business Administration, or Communications, and/or equivalent military experience
- 6+ years of experience working with the Finxact solution (preferred)
- 6+ years of experience with RESTful application programming interfaces (API) (preferred)
- 6+ years of experience with content management systems (CMS) or learning management systems (LMS), including administration or day-to-day operations (preferred)
- 6+ years of experience with the software development lifecycle (preferred)
- 6+ years of experience with implementing or supporting the modernization of financial systems in a client-facing organization (preferred)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- All offers contingent on standard background checks
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday (in-person collaboration required)
