About the role
- Guide our clients in achieving their goals by leveraging expertise in loan setting and origination
- Analyze and model business processes; create use cases, business rules, and specifications
- Lead workshops to gather requirements, evaluate feasibility, and set priorities with stakeholders
- Manage small to medium projects independently and assist with complex projects with minimal supervision
- Review and validate test cases, user documentation; conduct presentations and training sessions
- Identify business problems, propose solutions, and participate in project estimations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor analysts and provide subject matter expertise in the Signature Loan module
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis with expertise in loan setup and origination (collateral, mortgage, auto)
- 6+ years of experience utilizing Signature core banking products, specifically focused on the Loan module
- 6+ years of experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP) and/or Waterfall Methodology
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or equivalent work experience and/or military experience
- 6+ years of experience with mainframe (iSeries preferred), client/server, and web-based technologies (nice to have)
- 6+ years of experience with MS Visio or UML modeling tools and managing requirements across multiple projects (nice to have)
- Proven analytical skills with 6+ years of experience in the financial domain to assess client business needs and identify solutions
