About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Investigate and resolve payment exceptions during the payment processing cycle and in compliance with policies and regulations
Analyze payment discrepancies and reconcile financial data across various systems to ensure accuracy
Communicate payment discrepancies to inform internal and external stakeholders including issuer remediation and escalation to management
Support and monitor existing automations, working directly with project analysts on issue resolution, enhancements, and testing
Partnering with subject matter experts to support issue remediation and escalate concerns when needed
Working with internal teams and external network representatives to resolve operational issues
Supporting internal and external association or network releases impacting daily work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Payment Exceptions/Suspense, Reconciliation, Banking, and/or similar discipline
Experience in data analysis
Experience in Excel
3+ years of an equivalent combination of education, work and/or military experience
