Processor Relations Manager – Issuer Sales
FiservProcessor Relations Manager enhancing executive relationships for debit payment solutions at Fiserv. Driving growth and managing large accounts in the debit payments industry.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and enhance executive client relationships with key clients including the top 100 clients
- Collaborate with various teams to drive business growth
- Create and implement strategic plans for long and short-term objectives
- Share market insights with key clients and act as the escalation path for issue resolution
- Generate and analyze business review data on a regular basis
- Assist merchants with improved authorization rates
- Submit and manage project requests to ensure completion within defined SLAs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large accounts with a focus on net new and add-on sales commitments and client retention, preferably in mid to large merchant environments
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the debit payments industry
- Strong financial and data analysis skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% to client sites
