Maintain and execute code which calculates monthly and quarterly bonus compensation for the referral partner business in accordance with signed agreements
Develop deep knowledge of business data and utilize it to compare actual performance against referral partner contracts
Work with referral partners to understand results, investigate issues, and answer questions
Execute monthly procedures to validate data and execute the calculation process
Review results with referral partner leaders to address concerns and fix data anomalies
Quality control (QC) calculations to ensure calculations are operating properly
Provide requirements to update/modify existing calculations or implement new payouts
Assist in testing system changes and partner with technical teams to modify reports
Run ad hoc reporting in response to business needs
Requirements
Experience in researching and navigating large data sets in sales compensation, finance, audit and/or similar discipline
Advanced experience in Excel and SQL
6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future
On-site availability Monday through Friday (in-person collaboration required)
Bachelors Degree (preferred)
Experience in Oracle PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, views)
SQL Server experience
Experience in Power BI creating new and modifying existing reports
Experience in Microsoft Access
