Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Scrum Masters managing a portfolio of work across multiple Agile teams and delivery efforts
Support a critical modernization initiative in service of EFTPS modernization and expanded delivery capability
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, team planning, and execution activities to promote predictable delivery and continuous improvement
Partner with stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery leaders to manage dependencies, escalate risks, and remove blockers
Provide senior-level Agile leadership in a Scrum Master Advisor II capacity for complex, billable program work

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, project delivery, or related technology roles
3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master across 2+ Agile teams or a portfolio of work
Experience supporting 1+ large-scale modernization or enterprise transformation initiative
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field
1+ Agile certification, such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master (nice to have)
2+ years of experience in payments, financial services, or government technology environments (nice to have)
Experience supporting delivery across 5+ cross-functional teams or workstreams (nice to have)
