Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic resource across multiple client engagements, providing billable expertise in banking and finance operations
Analyze complex financial processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to optimize performance
Lead and support multiple client engagements in banking and finance operations
Analyze and improve financial processes and operational workflows
Present recommendations and solutions to executives and client teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (or the equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in banking or financial operations consulting
Strong track record of critical thinking and problem solving in complex environments
Must have a minimum of 8+ years on Prologue including implementation, balancing, and training
Must have a minimum of 1 years experience within DNA finance
Sponsorship: You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role
