Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex, cross-regional programs and deliver against scope, schedule, and budget
Drive clear, direct, outcome-oriented communication with stakeholders across regions and cultures
Own tough client conversations and communicate risks, trade-offs, and decisions with confidence
Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making across global teams
Hold teams and stakeholders accountable – ensure follow-through and prevent slippage
Manage globally distributed resources across Agile and Waterfall environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive program management experience in large-scale environments
8+ years of experience managing high-stakes, executive-level programs
8+ years of experience working with global teams and stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures
6+ years of experience with Microsoft and Atlassian toolsets
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
Experience that would be great to have: Prior experience within the payments and/or financial services domains.
Proven ability to handle conflict, escalation, and challenging stakeholder dynamics
Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
