About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Present yourself confidently in all customer-facing situations and provide excellent support to financial institution clients.
- Lead technical aspects of project-based assignments and act as the Fiserv expert on the ACH team.
- Work with cross-functional project teams to install and test high availability Payments applications.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and conduct smoke tests on Fiserv products using technologies such as JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot, and web services.
- Provide technical platform support documentation as part of project deliverables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot, and web services.
- 5+ years of experience with ACH APIs, specifically PEP+ Direct API, Exchange, and CommonView.
- 5+ years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
- 5+ years of experience with high availability Payments applications.
- 5+ years of experience in crafting technical platform support documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing technical leadership roles.
- Professional certifications relevant to ACH technologies or project management.
- Familiarity with Fiserv products and services.
