Product Manager – Global Acquiring
FiservProduct Manager leading enhancements of global acquiring solutions across multiple countries at a fintech leader. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable payment capabilities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support cross-functional initiatives that expand global acquiring capabilities for enterprise clients, including geographic expansion, card network programs, and client experience enhancements
- Partner with global product and cross-functional teams to gather, define, and prioritize requirements across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific
- Deliver end-to-end product capabilities across integration, onboarding, processing, billing, reporting, and servicing
- Communicate initiative status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making
- Drive resolution of product and client issues through problem identification, root cause analysis, issue remediation, and stakeholder communication
- Use data and artificial intelligence analytics to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and support product decisions
- Translate ambiguous business needs into actionable product requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have industry specific experience in Merchant Acquiring or Payments
- 6+ years of experience in product management, program management, or payments product delivery, including ownership of product features or capabilities
- 5+ years of experience in the payments industry, with experience in merchant acquiring, payment services, or global payments workflows
- 4+ years of experience working across cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage delivery, and support product enhancements in complex environments
- Experience using Confluence, Jira, or similar work management and documentation tools to manage requirements, delivery progress, and issue tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
- Experience supporting global acquiring capabilities across multiple countries or regions
- Experience working with card network programs and partner-driven payment initiatives
- Experience delivering product capabilities for Fortune 1000 or other large enterprise clients
- Experience with artificial intelligence analytics or advanced data analysis in product decision-making.
