About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the successful delivery of Merchant Solutions initiatives by translating strategy into clear plans, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Build and sustain core rhythms of business including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), playbooks, and weekly executive updates.
  • Support a new product planning and prioritization framework to improve focus, transparency, and decision-making.
  • Enable strong go-to-market alignment between Product and Sales, ensuring shared priorities, messaging, and launch readiness.
  • Support product teams to assess market opportunities and build investment business cases.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of Product Management, Product Delivery or product related experience, preferably within the payment space
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to execute in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Experience in product strategy or business operations within a technology or payments organization
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling skills
  • Strong MC PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
