About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review sales deals to ensure compliance with pricing policies and provide guidance on deal structure to optimize revenue and minimize risk
  • Assist with ensuring the pricing proposal and deal terms are accurate
  • Assist in reviewing pricing proposal materials and ensuring that proposals are tailored to meet client’s needs while aligning with the Fiserv solution offerings
  • Work closely with sales, finance, legal, and other departments to streamline the deal process and ensure timely response to internal and external clients
  • Ensure deals comply with revenue recognition guidelines and legal requirements
  • Manage the entire pricing deal process from client request to contract closeout
  • Track deal metrics and trends, providing insights to stakeholders on deal performance and potential areas for improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Recent graduate of bachelor's degree program in finance, accounting, and/or equivalent experience
  • Proficient experience in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands during end of month, end of quarter and end of year
  • Strong writing experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to understand and articulate client’s business requirements and synthesis from multiple sources into a cohesive and persuasive final proposal
  • Strong problem-solving skills with focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with various levels across the organization
  • 1-2 years of experience with financial institution account processing systems - Deal Desk, Finance Operations, Sales Operations, or Pricing (great to have)
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial modeling and analysis, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) (great to have)
  • Proficiency in sales processes, pricing strategies, and contract terms (great to have)
