About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own revenue growth for Fiserv’s Digital Asset Platform (DAP), including FIUSD stablecoin adoption across financial institutions and enterprise merchants
Build and execute go-to-market strategy targeting: Banks (distribution, issuance, liquidity) and Enterprise merchants (acceptance, settlement, cross-border payments)
Translate emerging digital asset use cases into clear commercial value propositions (cost of acceptance, faster settlement, new revenue streams)

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or partnership development
Familiarity with mission-driven/values-aligned organizations (e.g., foundations, endowments, nonprofits, or impact sectors)
Demonstrated success in generating new business or driving revenue-affecting activity
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Comfort presenting to senior leaders and external partners
