About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of eight to twelve high-performing, full-cycle sales specialists
- Set and drive a clear new-business operating cadence
- Build a team culture of proactive outbound prospecting
- Own pipeline management standards
- Coach and develop direct reports through ride-alongs and call reviews
- Deliver accurate weekly forecasting and reporting
- Drive a high-volume outbound motion for new business
- Establish a trusted-advisor approach to win new business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of three years of successful SMB B2B sales and sales leadership experience
- Proven ability to build, manage, and improve a high-velocity pipeline
- Passion for developing talent through structured coaching
- Prior experience with merchant services is preferred
- Experience in SaaS or software sales is highly desirable
