About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for debit network risk capabilities.
- Translate payment trends and emerging threats into clear product requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver risk features from discovery through launch.
- Develop business cases for roadmap initiatives.
- Establish and track performance metrics to optimize product performance.
- Lead competitive and market research to benchmark risk tools and network capabilities.
- Support governance and readiness activities.
- Communicate strategy clearly through executive-ready narratives, roadmaps, and decision memos.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in product strategy/management, risk product, payments, or related financial services experience.
- Strong understanding of debit card payments and authorization flows.
- Familiarity with network risk concepts.
- Experience building product roadmaps, writing requirements, and driving cross-functional delivery.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to define KPIs and interpret trends.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
