About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across assigned credit union client organizations
- Assess client business objectives, operational priorities, and growth opportunities to position Fiserv solutions that address their needs
- Build and maintain annual account plans that incorporate input from multiple internal stakeholders and define measurable actions for client success
- Partner with business unit and corporate leaders to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and advance strategic client initiatives
- Drive retention and growth by supporting service agreement renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing formal proposals for additional products and services
- Monitor client satisfaction, communicate insights to internal partners, and recommend actions that improve the client experience and business outcomes
- Promote participation in Fiserv conferences, user groups, and other engagement opportunities that strengthen client partnership and product adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development within the banking, credit union, or financial services industry
- 3+ years of experience working with large, complex financial institutions and aligning solutions to business, operational, and strategic objectives
- Experience developing account plans, managing renewals, and driving revenue growth through consultative client engagement
- Ability to build executive-level relationships, create formal client proposals, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
- Direct experience supporting credit unions or knowledge of credit union operations, priorities, and regulatory considerations
- Knowledge of Fiserv systems, products, or client delivery models
- Familiarity with financial data processing systems and host-based computer systems
- Additional specialized training in banking, credit unions, or financial services
