Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the enterprise technology vision for Issuer Solutions
Provide strategic leadership across enterprise architecture, platform engineering, and delivery execution
Own architecture direction and platform standards
Lead large-scale architecture-driven transformation initiatives
Participate in project planning and oversee development and delivery
Support a culture that rewards success and promotes collaboration
Ensure investment in appropriate documentation for the platforms
Leverage off-shore resourcing effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience in software development
Good understanding of modern practices like Cloud, DevOps, Agile, Java, APIs, modern frameworks, databases etc.
6+ years of management experience at an enterprise level
6+ years of experience leading teams in developing micro services and micro batch modern technology
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
Experience in Financial Services industry or with Fiserv products is a strong plus
Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
