About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and deployment of infrastructure solutions supporting enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
Partner with Development, Product, Project Management, and other Engineering teams using a consultative approach to gather and analyze technical requirements
Provide support for hybrid environments involving both on-premises and public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred)
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks and improve efficiency
Support platforms such as .NET Framework, IIS, MS SQL, and Apigee in conjunction with application deployments
Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure services like Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, VXRAIL, Group Policy, and Firewall Rules
Collaborate on network-related troubleshooting and configuration of load balancers (e.g., F5 LTM/GTM)
Create and maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and processes; enforce adherence to engineering best practices and security standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of enterprise-level Windows infrastructure/system engineering experience
6+ years of experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell
5+ years of experience with cloud integration and support (Azure or AWS preferred) & infrastructure as code configurations (Terraform, Ansible)
5+ years of experience supporting .NET, IIS, and SQL Server environments
5+ years of experience VMWare, VXRAIL, DNS, and network/firewall troubleshooting
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
