About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that slow the team down
Guide the team in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration
Protect developers from external distractions and scope creep during sprints
Assist in backlog refinement and ensuring product goals are clearly understood by the team
Create, track, and evaluate Agile Maturity Metrics to help the team improve

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience leading Agile teams in a software development environment
6+ years of experience in frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, and/or Waterfall
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
Certifications: CSM : Certified ScrumMaster (Scrum Alliance).
PSM I/II : Professional Scrum Master ( Scrum.org ).
PMI -ACP: Agile Certified Practitioner.
SAFe SM : SAFe Scrum Master (Scaled Agile) for enterprise-level roles.
