About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and understand the business needs of First Data clients
Ensure that the requirements are accurately documented
Support consultancy for Design, develop, implement, and maintenance of various business applications
Recommend possible solutions that use the FirstVision technology
Feasibility assessment of client requirements against existing FirstVision functionality
Determine stakeholders and establish areas for additional stakeholder involvement
Anticipate post-production implications with delivery of requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

7 to 8 years of BA experience in Cards domain
Project management methodology knowledge and experience – ‘Waterfall’ & ‘Agile’ Methodology
Proven track record of gathering customer requirements, analysing and translating these into business processes
Ability to provide concise and necessary details required for each stakeholder (multiple)
Descriptive writing of requirements by various methods, examples, screen-shots, Visio diagrams, tables
Creating Systems Impact Documents
