About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute a multi-year ERP integration strategy that positions Snap Pay as a differentiated invoice presentment, sales order, and default payments layer within enterprise systems
  • Lead co-development initiatives with internal teams and external partners, including technical design, roadmap alignment, and commercialization
  • Partner with Engineering and ERP domain teams to raise the technical bar, ensuring integrations are performant, secure, and extensible
  • Advocate for Snap Pay’s priorities in partner discussions—backed by strong product intuition, data, and business cases
  • Drive joint GTM strategies with partners, including value proposition, certification readiness, pricing alignment, field enablement and comarketing
  • Establish and track clear success metrics (e.g., customer acquisition, time-to-implementation, revenue, SLAs)
  • Operate with a bias for action and ownership, navigating ambiguity and making high-quality decisions quickly.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6-8+ years of product management experience building and scaling platform or integration-heavy products
  • Proven track record of developing strategy by defining opportunities and problems, collecting and synthesizing data for prioritization, and measuring success to make valid conclusions
  • Aptitude in using Agile (scrum, kanban, SAFe) and product management methodologies to lead and partner with solution consultants and engineers towards business outcomes and delivery goals
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Microsoft, etc) or similarly complex enterprise platforms
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data architectures to solve customer needs and expand use cases
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in complex, matrixed environments delivering measurable business impact (revenue, adoption, growth)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and bring others along your thinking
  • Bias for action, and shares responsibility for the team’s success and progress.
