About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the product vision and roadmap, managing the full lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Marketing, and Sales to deliver high-quality enhancements on time
- Translate client feedback, market trends, and data into prioritized features that drive engagement and value
- Manage backlogs and sprints using Agile practices to iterate quickly and ship meaningful improvements
- Track adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction to guide roadmap and feature decisions
- Support go-to-market efforts with strong launch plans, enablement, and post-release feedback loops
- Stay current on payments, stored value, and loyalty trends, representing the product internally and with clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of product management experience delivering digital products end to end (fintech, payments, or eCommerce preferred)
- Strong Agile experience and comfort working closely with engineering teams
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative working style
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for building customer-centric products
- Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
