About the role
- Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of business processes within RiskShield.
- Manage requirements, including coordination and elaboration.
- Support infrastructure changes through validation activities.
- Evaluate requirements for feasibility and implementation duration/effort.
- Participate in on-call service and coordinate with customers nationally and internationally.
- Review and analyze application software.
- Perform software updates.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT development/project work, preferably in an international environment.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written (CEFR C1).
- Solid knowledge of dispute/fraud processes and the RiskShield tool.
- Experience with external customers in project work or problem-resolution contexts.
- Programming skills (e.g., Java, C) and experience with application/middleware servers such as Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Hibernate; SQL and DB2 knowledge preferred.
- Expert knowledge of Linux and Windows Server.
- Extensive hands-on experience in business process analysis/engineering, requirements management, test management, and quality assurance.
