About the role
- Manage and maintain Broadcom NetOps Performance Management and associated components
- Design and implement automation scripts and workflows for network monitoring tasks
- Develop custom integrations and dashboards using APIs
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux servers hosting NetOps components
- Ensure system security, performance optimization, and patching validation
- Monitor network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and analyze alerts & performance metrics to ensure uptime and reliability
- Create and maintain health check dashboards for network performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate NetOps with other observability platforms
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall networking experience, preferably at an enterprise level
- 5+ years of experience with Broadcom NetOps Performance Management
- 5+ years of experience with scripting and automation tools (Python, Bash, OpenText, etc.)
- 3+ years of Linux server administration experience
- 3+ years of experience with SNMP monitoring and device polling
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
