About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and maintain Broadcom NetOps Performance Management and associated components
Design and implement automation scripts and workflows for network monitoring tasks
Develop custom integrations and dashboards using APIs
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux servers hosting NetOps components
Ensure system security, performance optimization, and patching validation
Monitor network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and analyze alerts & performance metrics to ensure uptime and reliability
Create and maintain health check dashboards for network performance
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate NetOps with other observability platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of overall networking experience, preferably at an enterprise level
5+ years of experience with Broadcom NetOps Performance Management
5+ years of experience with scripting and automation tools (Python, Bash, OpenText, etc.)
3+ years of Linux server administration experience
3+ years of experience with SNMP monitoring and device polling
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
