About the role
- Demonstrate expertise in all value chain areas
- Be able to shape new, innovative solutions together with product, business and technology leaders
- Have sales and solution design conversations at senior client level
- Compile full effort estimates, coordinate all contributors and explain estimates to client
- Manage stakeholders on multiple client engagements
- Conduct peer reviews of Fiserv client engagements
- Analyze industry and technology trends and contribute to Fiserv's Target Platform Strategy and Roadmap
- Build shareholder value through responsible revenue growth and expense management for our internal and external shareholders
- Demonstrate client focus by providing solutions and services that enable success for our internal and external clients
- Lead and drive a collaborative approach to solutions for both internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee all technical efforts across Fiserv for key accounts
- Work directly with clients, vendor partners and 3rd parties
- Navigate Fiserv technology on behalf of client which can include all Tech and Product groups across Fiserv and 3rd parties
- Participate in various face-to-face client meetings, as needed
- Translate between technical, operational and business processes and requirements
- Be involved in any significant Production Support event
- Work on moderate to complex projects and issues within functional area
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree at College of Engineering, Technology or Business or, 7+ yrs. of related IT experience
- 3+ years in a role that engages regularly with clients to solve problems
- Working knowledge of multiple Fiserv acquiring platforms (specs, integrations, gateways, APIs/SDKs, tech stack)
- Working knowledge of various Fiserv omni-channel products
- Multiple years of successful direct client interactions and advocacy
- Working knowledge of merchant acquiring payment processing and flows (poi/pos->settlement)
- Working knowledge of Fiserv networking/connectivity architecture
- Working knowledge of card brand regulations
- Working knowledge of the Payment Facilitator (Payfac) business model
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking
