About the role

  • Manage client implementations and conversions for large and technical custom implementations
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute TransArmor implementation/conversion project plans, ensuring on-time and effective delivery
  • Identify opportunities to streamline TransArmor procedures, enhance revenue, and improve product efficiency
  • Interface with other Fiserv departments to generate and offer appropriate solutions
  • Interpret and communicate Fiserv services and products to clients, sales, and vendors
  • Gather client requirements for software development to support implementation/conversion
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for TransArmor, partnering with internal teams on client entablements and conversions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing client implementations and conversions
  • 4+ years of experience with advanced troubleshooting and analysis for technical solutions
  • 4+ years of experience working directly with developers on integration projects
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity/analysis software
  • Availability to travel as needed to support project implementations and client interactions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field preferred
  • Proficient understanding of Fiserv authorization and settlement platforms, as well as onboarding and processing front-end tools
  • Knowledge of process documentation and development of training plans
  • Experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
