About the role
- Cultivate, identify, and secure growth opportunities through upselling, cross selling, and direct selling initiatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies & growth opportunities for newly signed Partners
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned base
- Increase Partner value proposition through presentment of product & solutions
- Conduct business reviews to inform of opportunities
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure Partner needs are fulfilled effectively
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in Relationship Management
- Payments Industry Knowledge/Experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years sales-related experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate professionally via written and verbal communication
- Bilingual: Korean
