About the role
- Develop and deliver internal and external communications for product and process updates.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create FAQs, release notes, and enablement materials.
- Simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, from engineers to end users.
- Drive change management communications to support product and operational transitions.
- Produce internal briefs, executive updates, and stakeholder-ready content.
- Build scalable communication templates, workflows, and documentation libraries.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, English, or related field.
- 5 years in product communications, marketing, or operations—ideally in tech or financial services.
- Experience with content tools like Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, or Canva.
