About the role
- Welcome new clients, perform technical-related support, solve problems, and investigate and resolve a wide variety of issues and requests that include terminal downloads, software, and account updates.
- Coordinate with other support organizations to fulfill client needs for account activation and full usage.
- Explain reporting of systems and products to merchants to resolve their concerns and answer their questions.
- Route, maintain and track servicing requests and provide detailed follow up.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years technical support or customer service experience
- 2+ years with multiple computer system platforms
- Experience communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with internet navigation and technology.
- Associate’s degree (optional)
- Experience with performance requirements – Voice of the Customer, Quality, Schedule Adherence, etc. (optional)
- 1 year experience with multiline telephones and online noting systems (optional)
